CHRISTOPHER GORING - AIA, LEED AP, NCARB
Christopher has been involved in architecture for 19 years. He is a graduate of North Dakota State University with a Bachelor of Architecture. Prior to his employment with Real Estate Equities Architecture, LLC, he worked with Architectural firms as an Architect/Project Manager working on multi-family housing, assisted living, skilled care, healthcare and educational projects. At Real Estate Equities Architecture, LLC, Christopher is responsible for planning, design, code analysis, coordination with engineers and construction documents.
JEFF BREDESON – RA, LEED AP, NCARB
Jeff has been involved in architecture for 30 years. He is a graduate of Iowa State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture. Prior to his employment with Real Estate Equities Architecture, LLC, he worked with architectural firms as a Project Architect/Construction Administrator working on multi-unit senior housing, nursing home, memory care, assisted living, clinic and hospital projects. At Real Estate Equities Architecture, LLC, Jeff is responsible for planning, design, code analysis, production and coordination of construction documents, and construction administration services.
SENIOR Project Designer
Scott has been involved in Architecture for 30 years. He is a graduate of the University of Minnesota with a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture and Master of Science in Project Management from St. Mary’s University of Minnesota. He has worked on a multitude of building types over his career including senior housing, luxury apartments/condominiums, municipal, industrial, retail, medical and education. At Real Estate Equities Architecture, LLC, Scott is responsible for taking a project from schematic design, design development and construction documents to construction administration.
Grace is a graduate of Dakota County Technical College with a degree in Architectural Technology. As part of the REE Architecture team, Grace’s role will focus on implementing and working with new software to facilitate architectural designs and plans for the expansion of our senior cooperative platform. She will also collaborate with project management and marketing teams to develop materials to support their needs.
